Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the CubicTrip app and website, operated by Inversiones HP4 SpA, Santiago, Chile. By creating an account you accept them.

1. Who can use CubicTrip

You must be 16 or older. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your Apple or Google sign-in secure.

2. The service

CubicTrip helps you plan trips: routes, stops, places, events, photos, checklists and costs, alone or with companions. It is provided as-is. Place data, travel times, weather and AI suggestions come from third parties or from automated systems and may be wrong or out of date; check hours, prices, availability and safety before relying on them. Links to lodging, maps and tickets open third-party services under their own terms.

3. Plans and payment

The free plan includes advertisements and a monthly allowance of AI requests. Paid plans (monthly or yearly) remove ads and raise the allowance. They are sold as auto-renewing subscriptions through the Apple App Store or Google Play, which charge you, apply local taxes and handle refunds under their rules. You can cancel any time in your store account; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices are shown in the store before you buy. A promo code changes the price of the plan you buy with it; codes can be withdrawn and each account may redeem one active code.

4. Your content

You keep the rights to what you add. You grant us the licence needed to store, display and share it with the companions you choose and to produce the exports you request. You must have the right to upload what you upload (photos of other people included) and you must not add content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or that infringes someone's rights. Trip members can report content; we may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Sharing

Sharing a trip link lets anyone with the link watch that trip. Inviting companions lets them edit while editing is allowed and the trip is unlocked. You are responsible for whom you share with.

6. Acceptable use

Do not scrape, reverse-engineer, overload or attack the service, resell it, bypass plan limits or ads, or use it to send spam. Automated access to the AI features outside the app is not allowed.

7. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue features, plans or the service, and update these terms. Material changes are announced in the app or by e-mail; continuing to use CubicTrip after a change means you accept it. If you stop agreeing, delete your account.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in Profile. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or the law.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, CubicTrip is provided without warranties and we are not liable for indirect losses, missed bookings, travel disruptions or decisions made on the basis of information shown in the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Chile. Disputes are heard by the courts of Santiago, Chile, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to your local courts.
